JDM-Food Innovator has, with close contact with an European producer, obtained an unique plant based extract that perfect fits in clean label applications. The foam agent is based on a food ingredient that has been used in desserts for several decades. It creates a stable foam layer in a completely natural and vegan way. This product can also be used for other egg white replacement applications. Available in 1.1L, 2.8L and 30L.
